The Silverlakes community is part of the Gateway development off Daniels Parkway in South Fort Myers. Gateway has planned areas for shopping, schools, parks, places of worship, businesses and residential housing. Gateway has approximately 13,000 residents.

Silverlakes residents enjoy a beautiful gated community with mature trees and landscaping throughout the development. About half of the properties in Silverlakes are waterfront and many others back on a preserve area.  A large clubhouse offers the opportunity to participate in a variety of resident activities, use the fitness center, or enjoy the beautiful pool overlooking one of the four lakes in the community.

Gateway offers many amenities for its residents, including six lighted regulation size soccer fields, an Olympic size pool, kiddie pool, playground, basketball courts, and a dog park. Gateway is close to FGCU, Interstate 75, fine dining, shopping, medical facilities and the beaches of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel.  It is minutes from the Boston Red Sox spring training facility (Jet Blue Park) and 15 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).

This website is designed for Silverlakes residents for easy access to HOA rules, policies, request forms, a current events calendar, and other media. The public portion of the site is accessible to anyone who would like to learn more about the community.
